Retube and reconditioning of a set of generator hydrogen coolers for a municipal power plant.

Refurbish feedwater heater assembly - National Board Code Alteration with inclusion of new ASME Code parts (channel & u-tube bundle assembly). Re-used existing channel skirt and shell.

Retube of a transformer oil cooler on a 1912 transformer. The original cooler froze and was beyond repair. Existing supports were re-conditioned and re-used.

Retube of split bundle shell & tube design with individually packed tubes. Original lead packing replaced with updated packing material substantially increasing service life. Unit in municipal power house on steam turbine.

Steam heated air preheater for paper mill. Retubed with extruded aluminum fins over 90/10 Cu/Ni tube, replacing failed copper tube with tension-wrapped aluminum fins.

Two types of steam coils for preheating paper mill plant air. Retubed with extruded aluminum fins over 90/10 Cu/Ni tube, replacing failed copper tube with tension-wrapped aluminum fins.
