HEXECO services includes retubing, repair, re-working or replacement of parts as needed, through testing and inspection of completed units. Our testing procedures include dye-penetrant, pneumatic, hydrostatic and helium testing as required. HEXECO, Inc. has a Certificate of Authorization from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to use the "R" stamp for repair and/or alteration of existing code stamped heat transfer equipment. Work performed on commercial type equipment to specific customer requirements also follows the guidelines of the ASME Code-accepted quality system. These guidelines ensure that inspection, testing and manufacturing procedures are performed by experienced qualified personnel.
